What Calenteri is about
What makes it different
Calenteri is a scheduling tool built for people who care about privacy. The pitch is simple: share a booking link, let people pick a time. User B sets their availability on their calendar and shares the link; user A picks a slot. User B gets an email when a booking lands, user A gets a confirmation email too, and the host can cancel appointments. Magic-link sign-in keeps onboarding friction near zero.
The differentiation is the privacy posture: GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted, zero third-party trackers, and no cookie banners. Every free-tier feature that matters for casual use is included β shareable booking links, magic-link sign-in β while Pro (β¬4/month, first month free, cancel anytime) unlocks unlimited event types, unlimited bookings, Google Calendar busy-time sync, host approval toggles, and 24h & 1h reminder emails. A β¬49 one-time "Pro forever" tier covers all future Pro features with no recurring subscription.
Calenteri was built by indie maker Aleksi Suoknuuti, who ships privacy-focused tools. Per the maker's comment on Product Hunt, the motivation was straightforward: he wanted a Calendly alternative where all data stays in the EU and the UX stays super simple. The site is built by one person β the footer reads simply "Made by Aleksi" with a link to aleksisuoknuuti.com β and reflects that ethos: a clean, no-tracking scheduling flow with self-serve analytics only, no advertising, and nothing to consent to.
