What makes it different

Novastart is an infinite canvas operating system: every app you use becomes a window on one shared canvas. Zoom out to see everything at once, zoom in to work — nothing hides behind a tab. Teammates join the same canvas with their own cursors, and AI agents get cursors too, so you can watch every agent work in plain sight. A lead agent can split a job among up to 10 helpers, each in its own window.

It runs as an app on Windows 10/11 and Intel Macs, or installs as a full OS on x86 PCs from a USB drive. Available in Free, Pro and Team plans. Founded by brothers Thomas (CTO) and Nick Fraher in Los Angeles — they previously built and sold Aquavoss in 2025.
