What makes it different

Subscribr is an AI YouTube production platform built by serial founder Gil Hildebrand — ex-CTO of Seth Godin's Squidoo — after he walked away from a funded crypto startup to bootstrap as a solopreneur.

It takes a creator from idea to finished video in one subscription: AI ideation, an agentic script writer, thumbnails and editing tools.

Publicly launched in April 2024, it hit $10k MRR within 100 days; today it serves 4,000+ customers, brings in over $62k a month, generated $500k+ this year and is on track for $1M.

An AppSumo lifetime-deal campaign drove a big chunk of this year's growth, and Subscribr v3 — a fully agentic chatbot — is in development. Plans start at $49/mo.
