What makes it different

Taim is a thought-capture assistant built for the ideas that never make it to your desk. You speak what's on your mind — a reel idea, a brief to send, a bill to remember — and Taim does the rest: it files each thought into the right thread automatically, then turns to-dos into tasks, reminders, and calendar events. No folders, no tagging, no prompts to write. Over time it grows into a personal knowledge base you never have to maintain, one that makes every AI agent you use instantly smarter about your life.

The company was founded by Sofia Pavlidou, its co-founder and CEO, who spent years in finance before starting Taim. Her best ideas never showed up at her desk — they arrived on the commute, on walks, in the shower, and were gone by the time she sat back down. She built Taim with co-founder Adi to solve two problems at once: catching a thought before it disappears, and putting it somewhere you'll actually find again. Ask Taim "what was that idea I had about…" and it searches by meaning, not wording.

Taim meets you wherever you think. It's live on the App Store, desktop, and watchOS, and it connects to the tools you already use: save an idea from ChatGPT or Claude straight into Taim, share a PDF or an Apple Note, and your words arrive with their context intact. The MCP integration means your connected assistants can find your saved ideas and bring the same context back into every conversation.

Taim is free to start — the Basic plan includes 10 AI messages and 5 voice dumps a week, up to 5 threads and 5 friends. Taim Pro unlocks the full thing at $39.99 for the first year (then $90 a year). It launched publicly on Product Hunt in October 2026, and the makers are actively answering feedback on the launch thread.
